Core values are the foundational laws of our culture. They govern how we think, live, lead, reconcile, and represent the Kingdom of Heaven in the earth. As a Kingdom Embassy, our values are not suggestions—they are standards of citizenship. They shape our character, guide our conduct, and define how we carry the name and authority of King Jesus in every sphere of life.
These values form the moral and governmental framework of Faith in God Ministry and the communities we serve.
We lead with vision, courage, humility, and authority under Heaven. Leadership is not position—it is responsibility. We lead by example, serve with discipline, and develop others to lead with wisdom and integrity.
Our loyalty is first to Yahweh Elohim, King Jesus, and the Government of Heaven, then to the mission and one another. We demonstrate covenant faithfulness, unity, trust, and steadfast commitment in all relationships and assignments.
We honor our Kingdom assignment and responsibility. Duty means we show up, stand firm, and fulfill what has been entrusted to us with excellence, knowing our obedience impacts generations.
We treat every person with honor, dignity, and fairness as one created in the image of God. We value diverse perspectives while maintaining Kingdom order, culture, and truth.
We follow the example of King Jesus by serving, not for recognition, but for Kingdom advancement. We give our time, talents, and resources to uplift others and strengthen families and communities.
We live with truth before God and man. Our words and actions align. We walk in transparency, accountability, and consistency, knowing integrity preserves authority.
We move forward with faith, not fear. We confront challenges with spiritual and practical strength, embracing growth, discipline, and transformation even when it requires sacrifice.
We conduct ourselves with dignity, humility, and moral excellence. Honor governs how we speak, serve, resolve conflict, and represent the Kingdom in public and private.
We submit first to the Law of God, then to righteous civil authority. We uphold order, justice, and lawful conduct as expressions of good Kingdom citizenship and social responsibility.
We live by eternal principles of truth, righteousness, justice, compassion, stewardship, and reconciliation. These principles guide every decision, relationship, and leadership action.
We prioritize who we are over what we do. We intentionally develop humility, resilience, discipline, faithfulness, and emotional maturity, knowing character sustains calling.
We practice forgiveness as Kingdom law, not personal preference. Forgiveness restores authority, heals relationships, and preserves unity. Reconciliation is the ultimate goal—not silence, not avoidance, but restored relationship.
By embracing these Kingdom values, we build:
We do not merely believe these values—we live them.
Values form identity.
Identity produces authority.
Authority carries legacy.
